RFP-2023-57 : Database Integration (Албания - Тендер #43121565)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is select a suitable contractor and to enter into a contractual agreement with the successful bidder to replace and enhance the current repository of UNAIDS indicators (AIDSinfo). The main objective consists of:
" Enhancing the legacy DevInfo SQL database schema taking into consideration the other used database known as Epidemiology Database Management System (EDMS) schema specificities and constraints and replacing the technology.
" Merging several databases into one (identical structure but split per indicator category):
" Epidemiological Estimates, ART, and PMTCT database (EPI)
" Global AIDS Monitoring database (GAM)
" Key Populations Atlas database (KPA)
" Laws and Policies database (NCPI)
" Replacing ETLs that feed the database (data from SQL database and external files)
" Developing Rest APIs to expose final data to other systems.

The current project is expected to start in mid-August 2023 and be completed by December 2023
