Request for Expressions of Interest for Service Providers for the management of the Community Driven Development Fund in frames of the Rural Resilience Project in Northern Mozambique (Moznorte), finan (Албания - Тендер #42972662)

The Government of Mozambique (GoM), with the support of the World Bank (WB), is implementing the Northern Mozambique Rural Resilience Project (MozNorte), whose objective is to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities and the management of natural resources in selected rural areas of the northern region of Mozambique. The project is coordinated by MADER through the National Sustainable Development Fund (FNDS).

In frames of the Subcomponent 1.1. Stabilising livelihoods through the Community Driven Development (CDD) approach, the Community Driven Development Fund (CDDF) will be implemented. CDDF will be implemented through grants for Districts (Window 1 Support for construction or rehabilitation of economic and social infrastructures) and Communities (Window 2 Community Projects). UNOPS (United Nations Office for Project Services) is supporting FNDS in the implementation of the CDDF Window 2.

In this context the UNOPS intends to identify the Service Providers who will manage CDDF (Window 2) at the level of the provinces of Nampula, Niassa and Cabo Delgado.

The identification of Service Providers will be conducted through a competitive process which will be open to local and international non-governmental organisations, as well as private companies with which have a social objective and relevant experience in social projects and are interested in supporting CDDF in non-for profit terms.
