EN FRANÇAIS : L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des manifestations d’intérêt pour un appel d’offre (ITB) qu"il a l"intention de lancer concernant la fourniture de services d’audit financier pour l’Association des Mutuelles des Fonctionnaires internationaux de l’Office des Nations Unies et Agences Spécialisées (AMFI). L’AMFI est un fonds sans but lucratif, créé en 1958 afin de favoriser l"entraide entre les fonctionnaires de l"Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) et les fonctionnaires d"autres Organisations de la famille des Nations Unies. L’AMFI regroupe deux entités, à savoir La Mutuelle et le Groupement de Prévoyance et d’Assurance des Fonctionnaires Internationaux (GPAFI). Les états financiers combinés sont présentés en CHF, qui est la devise fonctionnelle et de présentation de l’AMFI. Les services comprendront l’Audit annuel des comptes de l’AMFI, l’Audit annuel du système de contrôle interne de l’AMFI et des Conseils auprès du Comité d’audit. Le contrat sera établi pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec deux (2) options de prolongation d"une (1) année chacune. Veuillez noter que cet appel à manifestation d"intérêt (AMI) ne constitue pas un appel d’offre. L"ONUG se réserve le droit de modifier ou d"annuler l’appel d’offre à tout moment. Seuls les fournisseurs considérés comme qualifiés par l"ONUG pour fournir les services demandés seront invités à participer. N.B. En cas de différence de signification entre les deux langues, le français prévaut. IN ENGLISH: The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) would like to receive expressions of interest for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) that it intends to launch for the provision of financial audit services for the International Civil Servants Mutual Associations (ICSMA). ICSMA, founded in 1958, is a non-profit fund exclusive to the United Nations at Geneva and Specialized Agencies, whose objectives are to promote mutual assistance among staff members of the United Nations Office and other Organizations within the United Nations family at Geneva, and the facilitation of the settlement of the said staff members and their family. ICSMA is comprised of two entities, La Mutuelle and the GPAFI (insurances). The combined financial statements are presented in CHF, which is ICSMA"s functional and presentational currency. The services will include the annual audit of ICSMA"s accounts, the annual audit of ICSMA"s internal control system and advice to the Audit Committee. The contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) options for extension of one (1) year each. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute an ITB. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel the ITB at any time. Only vendors deemed to be qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate. N.B. In the event of a difference in meaning between the two languages, French prevails.
