The World Food Programme Afghanistan Office in Kabul is seeking reputable and legally registered companies for the disposal of waste materials (Wooden pallets, Plastic Pallets, Polypropylene bags, Polyethylene bags (Nylon), Cartons) at WFP warehouses in Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar, Faizabad, Herat, Kandahar, and Kunduz in order to establish a shortlist of capable and competent vendors.

If you wish to be considered for provision of the above services, you must submit the following documentation by 16:00 hours at Kabul time on Thursday 22nd June 2023 (through kabul.logistics@wfp.org ).

• Completed WFP Questionnaire and accompanying documentation (please contact WFP contracting team at [kabul.logistics@wfp.org] to obtain a copy)
• Evidence of a minimum of three years registered operating period by way of certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation; copy of VAT certificate (if applicable); and certified copy of last audited accounts
• Company profile.
• Experience in transportation services
• Tax clearance certificate
• Bank Statement
• Bank account details
