RFQ-2023 -42- NATIONAL CONSULTANT FOR RESEARCH CAPACITY BUILIDNG OF KEY POPULATIONS TRAININGS (Албания - Тендер #42130355)

The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical support to the series of research capacity building training (four separate trainings) for networks and CBOs representing PLHIV and KPs.
Main task and responsibilities
▪ To develop and finalize the training materials for research capacity building trainings in both English and Myanmar languages in collaboration with UNAIDS Country Office Strategic Information team (research data collection method training, abstract writing training, descriptive analysis training, and qualitative data collection training).
▪ To provide the above-mentioned training to members of networks and CBOs representing PLHIV and KPs as the lead trainer.
▪ To conduct training evaluation at the end of each training.
▪ To adapt the training materials based on the evaluation and feedback after the training for the use of future trainings.

Training materials with four trainings conducted between 1st July 2023 and 30 September 2024. For details on the activities and expected outcomes please refer to the attached RFQ document.
