Independent review of South Africa’s 5th Biennial Update Report (BUR-5) and Four (Албания - Тендер #41930450)

Introduction

The overall objective of the independent review is to independently assess if South Africa’s BUR-5 and NC4 complies with the “UNFCCC Biennial Update Report and National Communication guidelines for Parties not included in Annex I of the Convention. In addition, the service is also expected to integrate all draft chapters of the NC4 into a single NC4 document. To achieve this, the following project deliverables must be achieved:
