Request for Renovation of building "B" in its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Mitrovica Office, Kosovo (Албания - Тендер #37716020)

Description

UNMIK is planning to upgrade its premises in RHQ Mitrovica, with the aim of improving working conditions. As part of these efforts, UNMIK intends to renovate existing building, which is used as office space within the RHQ Mitrovica Compound. Planned works are of structural nature and consist of renovating a two-story building, with ground and first floor, with total surface of 529m². Building “B”: - Ground Floor: 246 m², used as office space. - First Floor: 283 m², used as office space. The UNMIK’s objectives for this Project include the following: a) Renovation of building B; b) Installation of all building systems; c) Testing and Certifying. Works under the intended Contract shall be carried out in three (3) phases: a) Phase One – Study and Executive Design; b) Phase Two – Supply and Construction of the building and installation of the building systems (water, sewage, electrical, IT and telephone network, etc.); c) Phase Three – Commissioning and Testing. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to unmik-procurement@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors which in UN’s sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified my receive the final tender solicitation documents. Vendors must be registered and accepted at Basic Level under the United Nations Secretariat in United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).
