Track Changes Project consists of maintenance dredging of the Federal Navigation Channels and Sand Traps. Clean dredged materials will be placed on adjacent downcoast beaches or in nearshore or both)

Magnitude of the Proposed Project: $1000000.00 to $5000000.00
Estimated Duration of the Contract: 100 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.

The proposed contract will be awarded using the sealed bidding process in accordance with FAR Part 14. Proposed award to be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price related factors included in the invitation.

This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Businesses for which the size standard is $36500000 annual receipts. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990.

TENTATIVE DATES FOR SOLICITATION ISSUANCE IS Aug 9th, 2016, with BIDS DUE ON OR ABOUT September 8, 2016. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be awarded within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt of bids. No organized site visit is planned for this project.

The Invitation for Bids/Plans and Specifications will be available only at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov . No additional media (compact disks, floppy disks, faxes or paper) will be provided. Offerors are responsible for checking the www.fbo.gov for any update(s) to this Notice or subsequent solicitation. Please note the website is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror"s inability to access the document posted at the referenced website.
