• Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space.

• Layout of Space: the space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient
distance to support effective design
• Accessibility: The space needs to be visible or easily located from a primary or secondary street. If on high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare, traffic signals must be
within two (2) blocks to provide safe access to the space. Public transportation routes / stops must also be within the equivalent of two (2) city blocks. Adequate parking at reasonable
