The Council has a requirement for 1 provider to provide crisis and permanent accommodation for customers who are owed a housing duty (prevention, relief, temporary accommodation and main duty) by the Council. Crisis accommodation shall be available as temporary accommodation and accessible 24/7, 365 days in the year. Permanent accommodation shall be used to enable throughput from crisis provision but also available as direct access accommodation where agreed on an individual case basis. |
