Variants are an alternative to and not additional to the specified requirements This is only applicable to Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 (with the exception of the standard issue urns and caskets; and flower containers) and 6. The minimum requirements of the Council are set out in the Specification and where sizes are stipulated the tolerances of variants the Council will accept, is set at a maximum of 10 %. Any variants to the specification description in Schedule 5 price schedule must be clearly detailed therein as requested. Variants will not be accepted for Lots 4, 7, 8, 9 or 10.
