Monmouthshire County Council, Torfaen County Borough Council and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Councils’) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake population, household and employment-led projections to inform their replacement Local Development Plans (LDPs).
