From September 2018, RTS and CSC would like to provide its pupils and staff with a high quality affordable catering offer and would therefore like to engage with a professional catering company to provide this service. A full kitchen will be operational and the Schools wish to provide a range of services for breakfast and lunch including hot meals, ‘grab and go’ options, cold food and a wide range of drinks. In addition, there is an opportunity to provide a snack bar via a standalone ‘snack shack’. The Schools envisage this provide an all day offering including hot drinks and snacks.

The result of the tender exercise is to achieve excellent quality, competitively priced meals for all pupils, staff and visitors. The range should have a wide appeal, capturing various potential revenue stream options.
