KhoSWSP 002 Procurement of waste collection and transportation trucks:
Lot № 1: Side loading waste collection truck with body capacity not less than 8 m3;
Lot № 2: Rare loading waste truck with body capacity not less than 16 m3;
Lot № 3: Small size rare loading waste truck with body capacity not less than 5m3;
Lot № 4: Minibus with not less than 13 seats;
Lot № 5: Small size truck (pickup) 4 x 4 carrying capacity not less than 1000 kg.
Side loading waste collection truck with body capacity not less than 8 m3.
Rare loading waste truck with body capacity not less than 16 m3;
Small size rare loading waste truck with body capacity not less than 5m3.
Minibus with not less than 13 seats.
Small size truck (pickup) 4 x 4 carrying capacity not less than 1000 kg.
To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have an average annual turnover calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within 2015-2017 years in amount of:
— Lot №1 — 975 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №4 — 110 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №2 — 400 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №5 — 135 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №3 — 325 000 USD equivalent.
2. The Tenderer must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet:
(i)the following cash-flow requirement:
— Lot №1 – 170 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №2 – 70 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №3 – 60 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №4 – 20 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №5 – 25 000 USD equivalent.
(ii) the overall cash flow requirements for this Contract and its current commitments.
3. Experience as Supplier, in at least 2 contracts that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Goods within 2013-2017 years, each with a value of at least:
— Lot №1 – 170 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №2 – 70 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №3 – 60 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №4 – 20 000 USD equivalent,
— Lot №5 – 25 000 USD equivalent.
— Joint ventures, consortiums or associations (JVCA) shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements:
—— The Lead Partner shall demonstrate at least 1 contact per Lot successfully executed;
—— All partners shall be jointly and severally liable;
—— JVCA representative shall have the original of power of attorney as authority to conduct all business for and on behalf of any and all the partners of the joint venture/consortium during tender process and, in the event of the Contract, during contract execution.
