         Mit der Unterschrift auf dem Deckblatt des Angebots bestätigt die Anbieterin, dass sie in den letzten 5 Jahre mindestens an 5 Tiefbohrungen > 1 000 m Drilling Supervisor gestellt hat und vergleichbare Arbeiten wie die im Pflichtenheft aufgeführten erfolgreich durchgeführt hat. Die Referenzaufträge müssen gemäss der Vorlage im Formular C (Angebotsformular) ausgewiesen werden.

         E2 Verfügbarkeit des Personals.

         Mit der Unterschrift auf dem Deckblatt des Angebots bestätigt die Anbieterin, dass das im Angebot deklarierte Personal die Arbeit termingerecht aufnehmen kann. Zudem garantiert die Anbieterin, dass das Personal bis zum Projektabschluss Ende Dezember 2021 uneingeschränkt dem Projekt zur Verfügung steht. Des Weiteren bestätigt sie, dass sie über die nötige Kapazität verfügt, um mindestens 2 Bohrungen jederzeit besetzen zu können.

         E3 Minimalanforderung an vorgesehenes Personal.

         Jede der angebotenen Aufsichtspersonen erfüllt folgende Minimalanforderungen:

         — Mindestens BSc Tiefbohrtechnik oder Tiefbohrtechniker/-meister.

         — Gültiges Zertifikat IWCF, Level 4.

         — Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in mündlicher und schriftlicher Konversation.

         — Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position.

         — 10-jährige Erfahrung auf Tiefbohrungen für (Night-) DSVs.

         — 15-jährige Erfahrung auf Tiefbohrungen für DSVs.

         Mit der Unterschrift auf dem Deckblatt des Angebots bestätigt die Anbieterin, dass die aufgeführten Minimalanforderungen durch die für dieses Projekt vorgesehenen Personen erfüllt werden.

         Die Erfahrung des Personals muss gemäß Formular C (Angebotsformular) ausgewiesen werden.

         E4 Wirtschaftliche Leistungsfähigkeit.

         Durchschnittlicher Jahresumsatz der Firma während der letzten 3 Jahre beträgt mind. das 3-fache des vorgesehenen Jahresumsatzes im vorliegenden Projekt.
