         EK 1 Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen:

         EK 2: Bestätigung des Anbieters, dass in der Angebotserstellung sowie bei einer allfälligen Auftragserteilung die AGB SIK (Ausgabe Januar 2015) vollumfänglich akzeptiert sind.

         EK 3: Referenzen des Anbieters:

         Der Anbieter verfügt über die erforderliche Organisation und Erfahrung zur erfolgreichen Leistungserbringung. Er kann dies anhand von zwei Referenzen in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz belegen, in denen er ein Formular-Management-System des im Angebot vorgesehenen Produkts implementiert hat. Das Projekt muss eine ähnliche Grössenordnung und Komplexität aufweisen bezogen auf Anzahl Formulare, Transaktionen und Schnittstellen. Die Referenzen dürfen nicht älter als fünf Jahre seit Abschluss sein.

         EK 4: Anforderungserfüllung:

         Vollständige Erfüllung der im Anforderungskatalog mit ""MK"" gekennzeichneten Anforderungen.

         EK 5: Sicherheitsüberprüfung:

         Bestätigung des Anbieters, das Einverständnis der betroffenen Personen vorausgesetzt, dass alle in diesem Projekt angebotenen oder zum Einsatz gelangenden Mitarbeitenden einer Personensicherheitsüberprüfung unterzogen werden.

         EK 6: Der Anbieter verfügt über eine Standardsoftware, die als FMS vermarktet und eingesetzt wird. Der Anbieter verfügt entweder selbst über die Rechte an der Software oder kann einen Nachweis des Herstellers vorlegen, dass er berechtigt ist, die Standard-Software in seinem Namen zu vertreiben.
