         Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb Früebüel wird von der ETH Zürich als Forschungsstation genutzt.

         Für diese Forschungsstation müssen die Stallungen angepasst werden. Es sind Anpassungen in den Betriebseinrichtungen nötig, eine Erweiterung des Laufstallbereichs für die Mutterkuhhaltung und für die Einrichtung von flexiblen Forschungsplätzen sowie zur Abdeckung des nötigen Güllelagerraums und die Anpassung des Futterlagerraums.

         Für 3 Mitarbeitende sind permanent Wohnungen auf dem Früebüel nötig, ebenso wie Unterkünfte für einzelne Übernachtungen, einerseits für Aushilfspersonal andererseits auch für Forschende. Zudem braucht es flexible Arbeitsplätze und Aufbereitungsräume für Proben verschiedener Art für Forschende, die tageweise auf dem Früebüel arbeiten.
