         Acreditación de la solvencia económica y financiera: artículo 87 de la LCSP, apartado: 1. a)

         Criterios de selección: declaración del empresario indicando el volumen de negocios global de la empresa de los tres últimos ejercicios.

         Además de la declaración, el licitador aportará las cuentas anuales del mejor ejercicio dentro de los 3 últimos disponibles, aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil. Para cumplir con la solvencia económica requerida el volumen de negocios mínimo anual deberá ser de una vez y media el valor estimado del contrato/lote.
