EIB - Upgrading of judiciary buildings (примерный перевод: EIB - Модернизация судебных зданий) (Сербия - Тендер #4722027)

The Ministry of Justice of Republic of Serbia (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has received a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) towards the cost of the Upgrading of Judiciary Buildings. This international invitation for tenders relates to the contract for procurement of furniture for Palace of Justice building in 17a Savska street, Belgrade.

This contract will include:

— supply, installation, assembly, delivery and warranty of office furniture for Palace of Justice building in 17a Savska street, Belgrade.

This contract is expected to be implemented from the second quarter of 2019 to the end of the third quarter of 2019.

The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation is the lowest price of the compliant and technically responsive tender.

All firms are invited to participate in the tender.

A tender guarantee of 30 000,00 EUR fulfilling the conditions indicated in the bidding documents must accompany all bids.

All bids must be delivered in closed envelopes bearing the mention “Bid for procurement of furniture for Palace of Justice building in 17a Savska street, Belgrade” not later than 14.5.2019 at 10:00 a.m., at the following address:

Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
