Description

Subject: Geotechnical Investigation for the Proposed By-pass Bridge Project along Acop – Kapangan – Kibungan – Bakun Road, K0349+280 – K0349+460, Benguet

Based on our evaluation of eligible bidders for the above contract, please be informed that you have been included in the short list of consultants for the said Contract.

We now issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) for you to provide the following Geotechnical Investigation for the Proposed By-pass Bridge Project along Acop – Kapangan – Kibungan – Bakun Road, K0349+280 – K0349+460, Benguet. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) included in the Bidding Documents for the Contract.
You may purchase the Bidding Documents for this Contract for a fee of Php 500.00 at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, 2nd Floor Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City starting on November 15, 2018 to December 5, 2018. You may also download the Bidding Documents from the websites of the DPWH at www.dpwh.gov.ph and the PhilGEPs at www.philgeps.gov.ph, and shall pay the fee for these Documents upon submission of your bid.

We shall select the Consultant from the short list in accordance with the Quality Cost Based Evaluation procedure as described in the Bidding Documents.

We will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 23, 2018 at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, 2nd Floor Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City, which shall be open to all short listed consultants.

Bids must be delivered on December 5, 2018, not later than 10:00 a.m. at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, 2nd Floor Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City.
