Framework Agreement, Credit Information Services
The objective of the contract is to cover the Tax Administration"s requirement for collecting credit information and monitoring of some businesses when there is legal basis and a requirement present.
The Tax Administration uses credit information services for credit assessments of companies regarding various credit schemes.
The requirements are related to direct entries in connection with credit applications, etc. as well as further investigations due to indications showing a reduced creditworthiness. Other cases that requires direct entries, e.g. handling of complaints, new evaluations for the size of guarantees etc., may also be relevant.
An exact number of entries is difficult to determine, but the estimated number of entries is between 50 and 150 per month. The credit information services users are approx. 30, and approx. 10 simultaneous users.

The collection of information on the market and its participants requires input from tenderers in such a way that the Tax Administration can learn more about what is currently offered and what is expected to be available during the next 4-5 years. RFI with questions is requested answered and submitted in such a way that we can approach the market in the best possible fashion related to the preparation of the tender competition and its documents.
One-on-one meetings with a selected number of tenderers for further information on their proposed systems can be held.
