§ 16-9. Contracts that are reserved for companies with disabled or disadvantaged personnel.

The Contracting Authority can limit the competition to organisations or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into working life. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the organisation or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged. If the contracting authority uses this option, he shall state this in the notice.
