Dialogue conference — digital equipment for classrooms/meeting rooms and auditoriums.
HFK would like to invite suppliers to a dialogue conference for a framework agreement for the delivery of audio visual equipment, including digital classrooms/meeting rooms and auditoriums. The procurement of the equipment will be published on Doffin in the first half of 2018.

HFK would like to invite suppliers to a dialogue conference for a framework agreement for the delivery of audio visual equipment, including equipment for digital classrooms/meeting rooms and auditoriums. The procurement of the equipment will be published on Doffin in the first quarter of 2018. HFK would like, before the procurement, to have a dialogue with suppliers in the market who can offer relevant equipment for digital classrooms/meeting rooms and auditoriums. The dialogue meetings will be held as one-to-one meetings with all registered suppliers. The dialogue meetings are planned for Thursday 9 November and Friday 10 November. Suppliers will be given a time for their one-to-one meeting with the contracting authority upon registration. Register by sending an email to: frank.dahl@hfk.no by Thursday 2 November, 12:00.
The agenda for the meetings will be as follows:
1. Introduction by HFK on the need for digital equipment.
2. The supplier presents himself and his actual concept for digital equipment.
3. Concluding questions and clarifications.
The total time allowed for each registered supplier will be 1 hour 30 minutes.
Information given at the dialogue conference will be seen as a trade secret and exempted from public access. Participation in the dialogue conference is not necessary in order to be able to submit a tender when the competition is published in the new year. Any questions can be sent by email to: frank.dahl@hfk.no. Replies to questions will be published on Doffin so that all interested suppliers can see the questions and answers.
