        Ski municipality needs to organise, pack, label and list old and concluded archives.

        The National Archival Services of Norway in Oslo implemented in 2013 an inspection of Ski municipality"s old and concluded archives. The inspection identified a particular area where the municipality"s archival service was instructed to carry out improvements. The instruction is as follows:

        Old and concluded archives, as well as other deposited archive materials must be organised, packed, labelled and listed in accordance with the current regulations. Cf. the Archival Regulation"s §5-4, and the Standard Instructions for archive depots in municipalities and counties.

        This instruction forms the frame and requirements for the service required by Ski municipality, the Central Archive.

        The Service Clearing and organising old and concluded archives requested by Ski municipality, shall be executed in the municipality"s premises.

        The assignment is scheduled to be initiated by the end of January 2018.
