         Het doel van de RIC aanbesteding Bedrijfsafval is het aangaan van een overeenkomst met 1 opdrachtnemer die een coalitie vormt (met bijvoorbeeld start-up en/of andere innovatieve bedrijven) voor het hoogwaardig inzamelen, transporteren en verwerken van het bedrijfsafval. Met als uiteindelijk doel om het afval van gemeente Zwolle, Cibap en Dimence Groep terug te laten keren in de kringloop als grondstof. De Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) van de Verenigde Naties sluiten nauw aan de behoefte van de opdrachtgever.

         Daarom stelt de opdrachtgever de SDGs centraal in deze aanbesteding bedrijfsafval. De aanbestedingsmethode die het beste past bij de ambities van de opdrachtgever is "Rapid Impact Contracting (RIC)". Hiermee besteedt de opdrachtgever geen volledig uitgewerkte oplossingen aan, maar worden marktpartijen uitgedaagd om samen met (keten)partners de meest ideale oplossing aan te bieden.

         De uitvoering van dit inkooptraject vindt plaats door het Shared Service Centrum (SSC) ONS, team Inkoop en Contractmanagement i.s.m. KplusV.
