         Deze tender heeft betrekking op de Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure inzake onderstaande twee (2) percelen:

         Perceel 1: Levering, plaatsing en installatie van stationaire bovengrondse thuistankinstallatie inclusief brandstofregistratie en -vrijgavesysteem (Wetstock Management System). Binnen dit perceel valt ook het preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de tankinstallatie.

         Perceel 2: Levering brandstof (zwavelvrije diesel of GTL) en Ad-blue.

         Inschrijvers kunnen Inschrijven op één of beide percelen en eveneens één of beide percelen gegund krijgen. Per perceel dient een separate Inschrijving ingediend te worden.

         Aard en doel van de aanbesteding:

         — Waarborgen continuïteit van de bedrijfsprocessen van Aanbestedende dienst

         — Ontzorgen van Aanbestedende dienst op het gebied van voorraadbeheer en facturatie

         Het doel van onderhavige Europese Openbare aanbesteding is te komen tot een overeenkomst met één marktpartij aangaande het Leveren, plaatsen en installeren van een thuistankinstallatie op het terrein van Aanbestedende dienst. Op de tankinstallatie dient Opdrachtnemer een brandstofregistratie- en vrijgave systeem (Wetstock Management System) aan te brengen waarmee de brandstofpomp vrijgegeven wordt voor bevoegd materieel en waarmee Aanbestedende dienst inzicht heeft in het brandstofverbruik.

         De Opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit:

         1. Gebruiksklare oplevering van een bovengrondse thuistankinstallatie, inclusief Wetstock Management System, met een inhoud van 10 000 liter voor opslag van brandstof op het terrein van Aanbestedende dienst;

         2. Jaarlijks preventief onderhoud en jaarlijkse keuring van de tankinstallatie gedurende de gebruiksperiode van de installatie bij Aanbestedende dienst.

         3. Correctief onderhoud aan de tankinstallatie in geval van storing gedurende de gebruiksperiode van de installatie bij Aanbestedende dienst.

          Het doel van onderhavige Europese Openbare aanbesteding is te komen tot een raamovereenkomst met één marktpartij aangaande het leveren van brandstof (zwavelvrije diesel of GTL) aan de thuistankinstallatie van Aanbestedende dienst alsmede aan de zes afvalpunten van Aanbestedende dienst binnen de regio Amsterdam.

          De Opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit: Het houden van consignatievoorraad brandstof (zwavelvrije diesel of GTL) door Opdrachtnemer in de thuistankinstallatie van Aanbestedende dienst.Het leveren van Ad-Blue aan de hiervoor bestemde tank op het terrein van Aanbestedende dienst.Het, op afroep, aftanken van noodstroomaggregaten op het terrein van Aanbestedende dienst. Het aftanken van materieel op de zes afvalpunten van Aanbestedende dienst. Materieel dient ter plaatse afgetankt te worden met zowel brandstof als Ad-blue.

          Huidige situatie:

          In de huidige situatie verbruikt Aanbestedende dienst circa 500 000 liter brandstof (zwavelvrije diesel EN590 norm) en circa 25 000 liter Ad-blue op jaarbasis.
