Overview :
UNDP, on behalf of the Inter-Agency Common Feedback Project, UNRCO, invites expressions of interest for a micro-capital grant to conduct community radio programmes based on feedback from local communities. Specifically, programmes should respond to direct comments and questions from local communities, gathered through call in, SMS or in person conversations. Responses should come from inquiry with local authorities. The purpose of which is to directly close the feedback loop on the information gaps faced by communities affected by earthquake, flood and underdevelopment. The programmes should target 25 districts, namely: Achham, Bajura, Kailali, Banke, Baridya, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Parsa, Saptari, Morang, Siraha, Sunsari, Danusha, Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Dhading, Gorkha, Makwanpur, Sindupalchok, Dolakha, Ramechhap, Kavrepalanchok, Okhaldhunga, and Sindhuli. Programmes should be proposed for a six month period. The selected organization will work closely with the Common Feedback Project team on creative design of the content, and for regular monitoring and oversight of the programmes. All qualified organizations are invited to submit proposals. Proposals should be submitted to no later than 15:00 on Thursday, December 14, 2017.
