This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 4.3.2019.

The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable” or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank or the “EBRD”) towards the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project. The employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Extension of the Tagounite center"s drinking water supply from the new boreholes Lot: Civil Engineering.

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

— the tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least Nine hundred and Seventy-Nine thousand and Two hundred Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax

(979 200,00 MAD), which is the total of mandated payments received for on-going and/or completed contracts during the last three (03) years (2015-2016-2017),

— experience as principal contractor in the context of at least two (2) contracts of similar work type and nature in the past five (05) years that include:

construction of a reinforced concrete building.

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Nine thousand and Four Hundred Moroccan Dirhams (9 400,00 MAD) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

A project site visit is scheduled for 21.5.2019 at 10:00 (local time) at the Center of ONEE-Branche Eau at Tagounite. It is highly recommended for perspective tenderers to attend the site visit.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before Monday 17.6.2019 at 9:00 min (local time), at which time they will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend.
