         The tender is related to the following investment objective "Construction works for the interconnection gas pipeline between the Natural Gas Transmission System of Romania and the Natural Gas Transmission System of the Republic of Moldova –Phase II on the Iasi-Ungheni-Chișinău segment".

         The procedure will run in accordance with the provisions of the guidelines for the procurement procedures for goods, infrastructure works and services used in the activity of license holders in power, thermoenergetic, natural gas and operators providing the public water supply and sewerage service, issued by the ANRE from the Republic of Moldova, through the Regulation No. 24/2017 of 26.1.2017.
