         Le Centre médico-social sera construit au 130, rue de Luxembourg à Esch-sur-Alzette. Le terrain destiné à recevoir le nouveau bâtiment est quasiment plat. Le nouveau bâtiment se trouvera sur une limite de propriété et sera accolé raccordé à une maison existante. L’annexe comprend des salles de rencontre et de consommation, une infirmerie, ainsi que des locaux secondaires: locaux sanitaires, locaux de stockage, locaux techniques. L’annexe dispose d’un seul niveau (rez-de-chaussée).
