GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
This is an update of the General Procurement Notice 8138-GPN-36651 published on the EBRD website in January 2016.
The Public Enterprise “Roads of Serbia” intends using the remaining proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development [the Bank] for a project to rehabilitate the motorway approach roads leading to the principal bridge across the Sava River in central Belgrade and to complete a key sections of the Belgrade Bypass with the necessary infrastructure. The proposed project, which had a total estimated cost of EUR 80 million equivalent, yet requires the procurement of only following outstanding contract:
Tendering for the above contract is expected to begin in Q2 of 2018.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank will be subject to the Bank"s Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank"s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser"s country.
