The conditions of contract, which govern any contract made, are those contained in DPM-2009 and OF Board Procurement Manual-2018 as applicable (For details visit our web site www.ofbindia.gov.in). If you are in a position to quote for supply in accordance with the requirements stated in the attached schedule, please submit your quotation to this office through electronic bidding. 2. General conditions and important notes governing the contract are enclosed. These should be carefully read and digitally signed by you wherever applicable/instructed in token of acceptance. 3.
