EMD : Please note that EMD at a rate of 5% of annual contract value quote of vendor, subject to a maximum of Rs 1,00,000 (One lakh) shall be applicable, for vendors who are not registered with BPCL and vendor who do not have valid MSME/NSIC registration certificate. Registered vendors with BPCL / Vendors with valid NSIC/MSME certificates are exempted from submitting EMD. All such vendor must upload a copy of EMD DD / Valid NSIC/MSME Registration certificate /BPCL Vendor Registration letter in E-tender site at the time of submission of online tender. Also, all such non registered vendors must submit the original DD for EMD to BPCL Nizamabad Territory before the due date/time of tender. Quotes without original EMD DD at our office before due date and time from non-registered vendors and vendor who have not uploaded their valid MSME/NSIC registration certificate or BPCL registration letter in case of BPCL registered vendors shall be SUMMARILY REJECTED |
