        In accordance to Icelandic act on public procurement, the economic operator can bring a complaint to the Complaint committee of public procurement. The complaint must be submitted to the committee in writing within 20 days from the time that the economic operator knew or should have known of the decision, act or omission, he believes violate his rights, cf. act on public procurement, section 106 paragraph 1. For each complaint the economic operator shall pay a complaint fee of ISK 150.000, according to the act on public procurement, section 106 paragraph 5.
