         Zur Absicherung der FW-Versorgung im FUW-, RUB- Netzgebiet soll eine Fernwärmeübergabestation mit rd. 50 MW-thermischer Leistung (bei – 10 oC Außentemperatur), errichtet werden.

         Der Standort dieser neuen Anlage ist noch durch die Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH, aufgrund der Planungsergebnisse der Konzeptoptimierung, festzulegen.

         Zur Auswahl stehen 2 alternative Standorte (siehe Anlage 1).

         Die technischen Anlagen der Station sollen neben den Wärmetauschern, Pumpen und Rohrleitungsanlagen auch Neben- und Hilfsanlagen wie eine Druckhaltung mit Ausdehnungsbehälter, Nebenstromfilter, sowie Schaltanlagen und Lüftungsanlagen beinhalten. Die Planung des erforderlichen Gebäudes und die Planung der Erschließung des Grundstückes gehören ebenfalls mit zum geschuldeten Leistungsumfang.

         Die gesamte Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung, sowie die Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektausführung ist Bestandteil des Liefer- und Leistungsumfanges. Sie endet nach erfolgreichem Probebetrieb der Anlage mit der Schlussabnahme und Übergabe der vollständig revidierten und geprüften Dokumentation an den AG.
