         Le marché est conclu pour une première période démarrant au 1.1.2019 jusqu’au 31.12.2019 et renouvelable annuellement, le contrat pourra être renouvelé par reconduction expresse par période de 1 an et au maximum 9 fois, soit une durée totale de 120 mois.

         Le titulaire sera informé de la reconduction de son marché au plus tard 3 mois avant la fin de la période par courriel avec demande d’avis de réception. Le titulaire ne pourra refuser la reconduction.

         La date limite du présent marché toute reconduction comprise ne pourra excéder le 31.12.2028.

         L"entreprise souhaitant répondre au présent marché devra remplir obligatoirement 2 DPGF dites de base (annexes 1 et 2) et une DPGF dite tranche conditionnelle (annexe 3).

      La valeur technique notée sur 40 % est composé des sous-critères suivants:
