Kotkan kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelut pyytävät tarjoustanne ympärivuorokautisesta tehostetusta palveluasumisesta (myöhemmin hoiva-asuminen). Hankintamenettelyllä muodostetaan puitejärjestely, johon otetaan kaikki soveltuvuusehdot täyttävät tarjoajat. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelyllä, koska hoiva-asumisen tarkkaa paikkamäärää ei tilaaja pysty etukäteen arvioimaan. Puitesopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta ja tilaaja voi jatkaa sitä ottamalla käyttöön kaksi vuoden mittaista optiota (1+1).
