         1) Pakkuja peab olema riigihanke algamisele eelneva 36 kuu jooksul olema täitnud nõuetekohaselt vähemalt ühe lepingu hankelepingu esemega sarnases valdkonnas (müünud riigihanke alusdokumendis RA lisa 1 „Hankelepingu eseme tehniline kirjeldus“ kehtestatud tingimustele vastavaid või lähedasi tooteid) kogumaksumusega vähemalt 70 000.00 EUR käibemaksuta.

         Lepingu teostamine võib olla alanud enne ülal nimetatud perioodi, kuid lõpetamine peab jääma nimetatud perioodi.

         Pakkuja esitab hankepassis kinnituse tingimusele vastava lepingu täitmise kohta.
