Taru Linnavalitsus soovib rajada rattaringlussüsteemi eesmärgiga suurendada linnaelanike liikuvuse võimalusi ning pakkuda alternatiivi autokasutusele. Süsteem koosneb 60-80
jalgrattaparklast ning 600-800 jalgrattast.
Ühe olulise aspektina projekti juures soovib linnavalitsus seda, et süsteem toetaks olemasolevat ühistranspordisüsteemi (linnaliini bussiliiklus) ning soodustaks intermodaalsust
(rongiliiklus ja maaliini bussiliiklus).
Leping hõlmab nii süsteemi tarnimist kui selle opereerimist 5 aasta jooksul.
