         Pour cette phase 2 (2020-2023), la DDC cherche, à travers cet appel d’offre international, à identifier une structure de prestation de services qualifiée pour assurer quatre principaux axes d’intervention:

         — coordination globale et stratégique du programme,

         — gestion opérationnelle, administrative et financière,

         — coaching, formation et renforcement des capacités des acteurs,

         — suivi-évaluation et capitalisation.
