1. The government of St Vincent and the Grenadines has received funding from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) to support its climate change mitigation thrust. The UNDP is implementing a medium size project entitled “Promoting Access to Clean Energy Services in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (PACES)” on behalf of the government.
